3. Consultant-Led Project Controls Health Check - $495 fixed fee
NORRED performs the structured review and returns an independent, management-ready assessment.

Scope boundary: the fixed fee assumes a focused review with complete and reasonably organized source information. Extensive historical reconstruction, forensic review, or substantial data cleanup requires separate scope.
4. Managed-Service Baseline and Quarterly Review
A 25-point baseline or quarterly reassessment can be included in a separately agreed managed-service scope. These assessments are not automatically included in the $299, $599 or $999 monthly plans.
