Digital Product Support

Help with NORRED digital downloads, Excel workbooks, ZIP bundles, licensing, and technical issues.

Accessing your purchase

  1. Complete checkout using an email address you can access.
  2. Look for the Shopify order confirmation and digital-download message.
  3. Use the download link to save the file to your device before opening it.

If the message does not appear, check spam, junk, promotions, and any company email filters. Confirm that the email address used at checkout was entered correctly.

File formats and software

Individual NORRED systems are generally delivered as Microsoft Excel .xlsx workbooks. Product suites and the All-Access Vault are generally delivered as .zip bundles containing multiple files and license information.

  • For the best experience, use a current desktop version of Microsoft Excel.
  • Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, browser-based spreadsheet tools, and older Excel versions may alter formatting, formulas, validation lists, charts, or conditional formatting.
  • Save a clean backup copy before making major changes.
  • Do not rename or delete worksheet tabs until you understand how the workbook is structured.

Opening a ZIP bundle

  1. Download the ZIP file to your computer.
  2. Use your computer's Extract, Unzip, or Expand command.
  3. Open the extracted folder and review the included files and license terms.

Opening individual files directly from inside the compressed ZIP folder can cause saving or access problems. Extract the bundle first.

License and permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase provides an internal-use license for one business. You may adapt the files for that business's internal operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, share publicly, or repackage the files as your own product or service.

Technical support

Email projects@norredprojectcontrols.com and include:

  • Your Shopify order number
  • The product name
  • The device and software version you are using
  • A clear description of what happened
  • A screenshot of the error when useful

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, legally privileged records, export-controlled information, confidential client data, or other highly sensitive information.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital products are generally non-refundable after access or download because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned. Technical problems will be reviewed in good faith. Any refund or remedy remains subject to the published policy and applicable law.

Users remain responsible for validating inputs, formulas, conclusions, and decisions for their specific circumstances.
