Legal notice

NORRED INC., doing business as NORRED Project Controls (“NORRED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides remote project controls, contract administration, document control, executive reporting, project assessments, dashboards, and related professional consulting services.

AI-ASSISTED WORK

NORRED may use artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and other technology tools to assist with administrative activities, document organization, data analysis, scheduling, research, draft preparation, reporting, dashboard development, communications, quality checks, and the preparation of client deliverables.

These tools assist NORRED personnel and do not replace NORRED’s responsibility for the services provided.

HUMAN REVIEW

Unless a client expressly agrees in writing to an automated process, client-facing reports, recommendations, analyses, dashboards, and other deliverables are subject to review by an authorized NORRED representative before final delivery.

Artificial intelligence systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate information. NORRED applies human review and quality-control measures appropriate to the scope of the engagement. Clients should independently evaluate information used for legal, financial, engineering, safety, regulatory, procurement, compliance, or other high-impact decisions.

AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS

NORRED may use automated systems to organize inquiries, route messages, schedule communications, prepare draft responses, or support customer service.

If NORRED deploys an artificial intelligence chatbot or automated agent that communicates directly with website visitors or clients, the system will be identified as automated. A user may request follow-up from a human representative.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

NORRED’s use of artificial intelligence and automation tools is subject to applicable client agreements, confidentiality obligations, and internal security procedures.

Clients and website visitors should not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, protected health information, classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled information, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information through public website forms or unsolicited email.

When sensitive project information must be transferred, NORRED will provide appropriate instructions for an approved transfer method.

NO GUARANTEED OUTCOME

Artificial intelligence tools and other technology do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of any project.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement, NORRED does not guarantee any contract award, government award, funding decision, procurement result, schedule result, cost result, regulatory decision, financial result, or other specific business outcome.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LIMITATION

Website information, introductory communications, general recommendations, and AI-assisted content are provided for informational and business-consulting purposes.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement and performed by an appropriately qualified or licensed professional, NORRED does not provide legal, tax, certified public accounting, architectural, licensed engineering, medical, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Visiting this website, communicating with an automated system, submitting a form, exchanging emails, or participating in an introductory conversation does not create a consultant-client relationship.

A professional services relationship begins only after the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written engagement document has been accepted by the appropriate parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the NORRED Project Controls name, branding, website content, reports, templates, graphics, processes, and other original materials are owned by NORRED INC. and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or commercially used without written authorization.
