NORRED Project Controls

Services

Assess the problem. Build the controls. Let NORRED run the back office.

NORRED provides fixed-price digital systems, one-time implementation services, and recurring managed project-controls support. The right path depends on whether the organization needs tools, setup, or ongoing operation.

Two different ways to buy from NORRED: digital products are fixed-price self-service downloads purchased through Shopify. Professional services are scoped engagements with defined deliverables, limits, fees, timelines, and payment terms.

1. Assess - identify the real control gaps

3. Run - scheduled monthly reporting and controls

Monthly reporting plans - $299 / $599 / $999 per month

Request this plan. We’ll confirm your needs, scope, and start date before sending a payment link. Requesting a plan does not charge you or start a subscription.

Monthly Snapshot includes one monthly review of a client-maintained clean spreadsheet and KPI priorities. Controls Plus includes two monthly updates and a management summary. Weekly Controls includes weekly updates and a monthly dashboard/report. Each plan has defined clean-data, project, module, turnaround and support limits. One-time startup/setup is $49 / $99 / $149 for Snapshot / Plus / Weekly, collected with the first monthly payment ($348 / $698 / $1,148 initially before tax), then $299 / $599 / $999 monthly only. Setup configures standard templates, reporting definitions and the submission calendar; historical cleanup and custom setup are quoted separately before work begins. Prices are before applicable taxes.

Managed Controls Essentials - starting at $1,500 per month, separately scoped

Higher-touch support for one project. A 25-point baseline, selected control modules, daily digest, weekly summary, monthly report, missing-information tracking or quarterly reassessment is included only as stated in the accepted Essentials scope. These outputs are not automatically included in the $299, $599 or $999 plans.

Managed Project Controls - custom monthly proposal

Broader recurring support for full core controls, contract and document tracking, exception monitoring, weekly executive reporting, and monthly management packages.

Managed Portfolio Controls - custom monthly proposal

Multi-project intake, standardized controls, comparative project health, portfolio dashboards, and consolidated executive reporting.

How service pricing and payment work

  1. Submit the project request. There is no charge for the initial intake.
  2. NORRED reviews fit and representative data. The review identifies scope, workload, data condition, service level, and missing information.
  3. Receive the written proposal. It states the exact deliverables, limits, final price, timeline, assumptions, and payment schedule.
  4. Accept the scope and applicable invoice. Work begins only after the written agreement is accepted.

A "starting at" amount is the minimum engagement level. It is not an installment, financing offer, or automatic checkout price. Digital products display their exact purchase price. Consulting and managed services use the written proposal to define the final fee.

Interested in monthly support? Start with a fit review and representative clean-data check. NORRED confirms the written scope and start date, reserves capacity and arranges billing privately. This inquiry does not authorize payment. Compare monthly plans and service limits.

Asynchronous by default

NORRED is designed to reduce administrative interruption. Routine information is submitted through approved forms, workspaces, project folders, or designated email channels. Processing occurs in scheduled cycles, and questions are consolidated into organized requests rather than scattered throughout the day.

Review the Managed Service Standards for normal intake, reporting, volume, security, and communication rules.

Not sure where to start?

Submit the current problem, project count, data condition, reporting need, and desired outcome. NORRED will identify whether the best first step is Assess, Build, Run, or Expand.
